STATE OF TENNESSEE WEBSITE DOESN’T INCLUDE MEMPHIS CITY SCHOOLS; RACIAL HATRED OR DISREGARD?

Tennessee Dept. of Education disregard for Memphis City School demographics is well inline with twisting numbers for good-looks.  Visit the State website at http://www.tn.gov/education/reportcard/index.shtml then, goto: Report Card Archives at the bottom of the page then, click 2007, underneath the bold Report Card is a drop-down box, underneath the drop-down box are several titles, ◘ State, ◘ System, and ◙ School, click School, there, you will not find Memphis City Schools.
The question is why?  What’re the State and Shelby County want to hind?  Are the numbers so damaging they would drown the entire State school system into tears of sorrow, careers would be destroyed, wholesale resignations would become common, and those remaining to fight the cause would one day be seen as poor educators?  I would suppose, in their minds, those are very good reasons to hind the truth.  However, what’s best for our children is best for all.
On the other hand, would Shelby County Schools per pupil expenditures per ADA elevate? Shelby County School System spends $8,439 and the State $8,773.  What would it become after the merger of these two great school systems?  At this time there is a 1% difference between the two systems, lower than the National expenditure of $10,000.   In addition, based on the Tennessee School Report, Shelby County School System gets 5.1% difference or 37.5% less Federal funding than the State but, 4.7% difference or 12% more in local funds per State local funding.
Under the new school system funding increases are expected both in local and federal, it’s unclear about State funding based on Shelby County School System present financial information
There are 105,000 students in the Memphis City School System (http://www.nces.ed.gov/fastfacts/display.asp?id=66) and 972,221 Students in the State System.  The question: are the 105,000 Memphis City School students counted?  The Shelby County School System reports 48,243 students but no count for Memphis City School System.
My position on this, we should be scared as hell!  Uncounted has many ramifications.
